Who I am
Hi, I’m Aniket - a physiotherapist based in Flagstaff Hill with a special interest in vestibular physiotherapy.
I work with people experiencing dizziness, balance problems, and concussion-related symptoms - particularly those who feel unsure, frustrated, or limited despite being told that scans or tests are “normal.” Many of the people I see want clear answers, reassurance, and a structured way to safely return to everyday life, exercise, or sport.
I graduated from Flinders University with a Bachelor of Health Science and a Master of Physiotherapy, and have experience across private practice and sporting environments. Alongside general musculoskeletal physiotherapy, I have developed a focused clinical interest in vestibular conditions including BPPV, vestibular hypofunction, cervicogenic dizziness, and persistent postural perceptual dizziness (PPPD).
Working in vestibular physiotherapy has strengthened my ability to assess complex presentations and explain symptoms in a clear, practical way. My approach centres on education, gradual exposure, and building confidence with movement, rather than avoidance or fear of triggering symptoms.
I also continue to work with musculoskeletal conditions such as shoulder, back, and knee pain, particularly for people returning to training or managing persistent pain. Outside of work, I stay active through gym training, cycling, bouldering, and social sports, which helps me understand the physical demands many people want to get back to.
